Shipping is free for Private Release participants. VeRelief will ship within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your device has shipped!  

For now, we only ship within the United States (but will be giving other parts of the world the benefit of VeRelief soon!). If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us at

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in the original packaging within 60 days after receiving it. To submit a return please contact us first through this form and include the email address you used to place the order.
We believe VeRelief is the fastest way to calm an anxious, agitated, or hyperactive state and we want you to try it risk-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, simply send your VeRelief (free of charge) for an exchange or full refund within 60 days. If you would like to request an exchange or refund, please contact us at, or complete our contact form with the name that was used for your order, your order number and a brief explanation for requesting a return or exchange (this will help us continue to improve the experience). Your VeRelief needs to be returned with all of its parts and accessories (except for Veragel electrodes), in working condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. Failure to return in proper condition will result either in rejection of the claim or a repackaging fee (15% of the original retail price).
